    Considering the accommodation was only 40% the lack of drinks across the whole complex was very poor, especially in the Hideaway section. NO! diet drinks at all in the Hideaway section of the hotel and the only soft drink selection was Coke or Sprite which for a 5 star hotel is very poor . Re stocking the in room fridge was shoddy over the first 14 days of our holiday they either forgot to top the fridge up or I had to phon to chase them up AGAIN not good enough. Room service went down hill the further we got into our holiday to the extent of running out of burgers , which the Royalton has a signature burger named after their brand . It’s a shame because the staff tried their hardest to please everyone but a were being terribly let down by management. What are they going to do if it reaches FULL Capacity. Unfortunately WILL NOT BE HOING TO ANOTHER ROYALTON

    The accommodation was beautiful the food was top class the only complaint I have is the service is hit and miss the second day the bed was made but the towel were where we had left themand the room had not been cleaned, I don’t think the bedding was ever changed, and some staff members were really miserable well must were really lovely and made our stay great.

    Hotel had only just opened no water sports, no towel for 4 days and we asked for clean towel every morning but the hotel said the would bring them up, mini bar empty and didn’t restock even she we asked them to. Bars never had the drinks you wanted including bottled water
