    I had multiple leaks reported it at least 7 times to different people nothing was done, dirty bed sheets and wasn’t changed the whole time I was there we all have bed bug bites on us. Food was cold and sometimes inedible. Pool has made all our clothes go bright yellow. Conciage was rude and didn’t talk to us when we declined the vip breakfast my list goes on

    The staff were the most friendly and charming. From the ground staff to reception from bar tender to waiting staff all made you feel that you were the only person they were dealing with even if they weren’t.

    A disappointing experience. The floor in the room was dirty on arrival, but was cleaned the next day. The hair dryer and fridge didn't work, this was reported to the concierge. the hairdryer was fixed, but the fridge remained un-operational all week, with it being reported three times. I gave up asking in the end. Most hotel staff members are friendly, however some lack professionalism, constantly talking between themselves, forgetting your requests, simple things like asking for a drink and then not bringing one. The food is the main downfall of this hotel. It is nowhere near up to standard. Buffet food can be cold, left out for too long or just not cooked satisfactorily. The food at the ala carte restaurants you expect to be of a higher level than the buffet, but it is not. If I had to pay extra for these restaurants I would have been extremely disappointed. Some restaurants were also closed, such as the steak restaurant, along with the beach snack area. We were booked into the Brazilian restaurant one evening for 9:30pm, they closed the restaurant at 10pm, meaning they rushed us a through a few bits of food and then asked us to leave. Ridiculous. The hotel is given a 5 star rating, I get that this is based on levels of facilities, as it does technically tick the boxes in that respect. Whereas you guy's give it 4 T's, which I would disagree with based on service and food quality. So going forward I'll be less inclined to use you T scoring system, as it is not accurate.
