    Totally isolated unless you are able to walk for over 30 minutes in the heat. No information given for buses or taxi's. Mosquito's in massive numbers, hotel will give you plug in repellents to use but do not make you aware of this, only found out 2 days before leaving from another resident. You have to pay for a swimming hat to use the spa pool as this is mandatory. The pool bar is not accessible from the lower pool easily and is a long walk from ground floor accomodations, with only 1 person serving. Lack of information for residents to know what is included with AI packages and what times. Selected service is not worth the money as you do not receive anything different from anyone else on AI apart from 1 bottle of wine and somewhere different to sit by the pool, where there is a limited selection and amount of drinks to help yourself to, you still have to climb steps to reach the beach bar! The food was cold and not kept at safe temperatures and on one occasion I had to find someone to report two trays of moldy tomatoes at the buffet, no apologies given. Twenty minutes to walk to the river beach to get a ferry across the river where you have to walk another twenty minutes across another river beach and sand dunes to reach the sea beach, where there are no facilities. A very disappointing holiday that we were looking forward to and where we spent our 25th wedding anniversary!

    Nothing wrong with the hotel, but there is nothing around there to walk too, so it a bit far out from everything, we wanted a beach close to the sea and this was up a long hill, and to walk in 33 degrees is a bit much at 62 years old.
