Helpful staff. Multiple pools. Not too busy. Food and drinks were excellent (and drinks were strong!). Staff didn’t make us aware of the spa/sauna, massages, Pilates, or the other restaurant so we missed out on that. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Despite that it was still good accommodation, rooms were clean, pools had enough loungers and didn’t need to fight for them, lifeguards were really precise cleaning pool or spills or helping you in any way.

“Zgodnie z oczekiwaniami”

Zakwaterowanie całkowicie spełniło nasze oczekiwania. Korzystaliśmy tylko ze śniadań, ponieważ traktowaliśmy hotel jako bazę wypadową pod samemu organizowane wycieczki. Śniadania były smaczne, każdy z naszej czteroosobowej rodziny miał co wybrać do jedzenia. Apartament z aneksem kuchennym i dwoma pokojami był bardzo wygodny. Brak klimatyzacji w pokoju, ale o tym wiedzieliśmy wcześniej. Nieduże, ale fajne baseny. My wprawdzie skorzystaliśmy z nich tylko dwa razy (po południu), ale problemu z leżakami nie było. Jak za tę cenę, to warunki były bardzo dobre. Jedyna rzecz która mi nie pasowała to brak dedykowanego miejsca parkingowego. Raz jak do hotelu wróciliśmy około 1.30 w nocy, to musieliśmy szukać sobie miejsca do parkowania na drugim parkingu hotelowym (dosyć oddalonym) lub na ulicy. Na parkingu przed głównym wejściem wszystkie miejsca były zajęte. Taka sytuacja miała miejsce tylko raz, więc nie wpływa na moją pozytywną opinię. Obsługa hotelowa na najwyższym poziomie. Bardzo miła i pomocna. Hotel ma piękny ogród i jest ładnie położony, na wzgórzu. Do plaży można podejść spacerem, to około 20 minut. Powrót troszkę dłuższy, ale jak ktoś lubi spacery to polecam. Ogólne wrażenie bardzo pozytywne. Myślę, że jeszcze tam wrócimy.

A lot of work going on including quarrying right below the dining room at breakfast. It was like a secret hotel with no information as to what was happening. No snack bar as promised. A lot was closed. Bar Eden on Friday for happy hour was closed. Had to go to 9th floor in other block and no happy hour there. My room was all ok.

Before we arrived we were told about minor work going on at our accommodation but it was far from minor we ended up with no electric or water for hours 4 days in a row couldn’t take a shower and the banging was all day

Room was clean and adequate, however, we had to lift the shower door into position as it had the incorrect running wheels on the top leading edge. The door was out of the guides. Only one sink tap worked. Toilet flush was pathetic, had to fill pans of water to flush. The pool bar closed randomly and the next dearest bar was 600 m away. Got charged 7 euros a night to park rental car in the hotel I’d already paid for. Breakfast was awful, no variation and little option, same with the evening meal. Main bar didn’t open until 6 for the virtually non existent entertainment. One male singer, one lady singer then bingo and name the brand logo. Wanted to watch football but cable to projector faulty. Bar lady stood on stage holding cable to get a picture. Maint called, shrugged shoulders and walked away. The money they had charged me for the car park would have paid for a new one. No music at night on the drinks terrace, hat to urinate behind bushes as the bar toilets were locked due to flushing issues. On checking out, bearing in mind our flight wasn’t till 11:45 pm, we asked about showering around 6:15 pm, “No problem” was the reply. On asking for the shower room, we were directed to the swimming pool toilets underneath the pool, swimming in chlorine water and urine. I asked if it was a joke and was told, ”No I’m so sorry”. I did wonder why on checking in the receptionist smiled and said, “You’re in for a treat here!”. I have to say to be clear, I have used TUI/Thompson for 46 years and have always been happy with all parts of holidays and service. However, I’m extremely dissatisfied with this venue and will have to be very careful about using TUI automatically in future. I spoke with many residents of the hotel and they were all of the same or very similar opinion.
