Apon arrival at 21.15 we were informed that the resurant had colsed but a sandwich apple and 1 liter bottle of water was in the fridege a very dry cheese and ham sandwich was left we were not told about a burger bar just outside the hotel was open for hot food. This is not what i expect from a 4 * all enclusive hotel. Also on several occations towels had holes in them also sheets infact on 1 ocastion we had to report a badly torn sheet. The room was clean but for 3 people the balcony was imposible to sit on and only 2 chairs views were spectacular.

Clean with wonderfully helpful staff. Checking in was quick and easy despite the fact we were over 2 hours later than we should have been due to a flight delay. The restaurant was closed when we got there but, as it was a late night arrival, they had provided sandwich's and water in the fridge in the room. Meals are available in the main restaurant just behind the reception. Food was plentiful and there was a reasonable choice each time. Breakfast was a choice between continental or fried. At lunch and evening a full range of salads were available, a choice of vegetarian options, at least 3 choices of meat with rice and potatoes. Each day had a theme. A full range of desserts were also available. A good supply of fizzy drinks was always available along with a selection of local beers and wines etc Waiters were attentive and at times almost too attentive by removing plates etc almost before you had a chance to finish. That having been said the service was very good and the tables were reset quickly between customers so there were always plenty of tables available. There was also a snack bar by the pool serving drinks and snacks, however the food here was very basic and the quality was not good. Hamburger and chips was just that a dry bun with a burger and a few chips no salad or any sauce of any kind. We were all inclusive and i did see other larger portions with salad so may be this was the issue. Pool was clean and sunbeds were plentiful I did however find there were to many sunbeds given the space around the pool at times, it did feel very crowded with little room to get between the beds to get to the pool itself. Lifeguards were on duty during the day. Pool towels are available at reception for a 10e deposit and can be changed as often as you want. Room was cleaned every day and was spotless. Towels were changed every day all in all the room was excellent and as ours was overlooking the sea we thought it was very good value for the money. Beach - The beach behind the hotel is not suitable for swimming. The slope down to the sea is very rocky and leads to large slabs of rock under the water that are covered in green slime which makes them very slippery. The nearest beach is Coral Bay about 6Km away and will cost about 20Euros each way by taxi or you can get the 615 bus on the main road for about 3euros per person each way. Entertainment - The entertainment team worked hard there was the usall pool type stuff of aerobics etc and they held compititions each day. There was something every night but at times it was somewhat lacking in quality. It seemed to have been organised down to a budget rather than organised for quality. I now its difficult but some of it really was pretty low budget given they were being paid and were external to the hotel staff. Mobility Access - There are no lifts in the building however as the blocks are only two floors high as long as you are able to climb a few steps most rooms are accessible. There is a route for wheelchairs etc to the right of the buildings as you face reception. If you have mobility issues I would recommend you speak to the hotel or your travel provider before booking. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

The bathrooms need attention. The shower doors do not met so every single shower completely flooded the bathroom

Room needs a deep clean especially the shower cubicle.Not the fault of the cleaner who was really nice and polite, but obviously too many rooms and time allocated for each room not enough.Cannot fault the position of room as we had a full sea view.
