Clean family friendly run hotel with a nice atmosphere

Absolutely brilliant, loved it. Although slightly marred by the fact that three times our room door wouldn't unlock and another seperate six times our door wouldn't lock at all!! The hotel were really good and contacted maintenance immediately (on one occasion maintenance were on their break too!) They did eventually order a new lock which arrived on our departure day. But of course this meant a lot of time standing outside our room waiting for them. However the hotel was exceptional, all the little extras you have become accustomed to pay for were free: the safe, aircon, hairdryer, iron, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion. Wish I'd known this in advance my case would have been lighter!! Good quality toiletries too. It was always clean and tidy around the hotel aswell. Entertainment staff were great, encouraging but not persistant.

Some good points, the accommodation was modern and staff were very friendly. Enjoyed the addition of the beach club. Unfortunately we were located above the bar and right next to the road so the noise was a big issue. The food wasn’t great, so ended up eating out a few times and there was a real issue with a sewerage smell in our room coming from the shower, it wasn’t all the time but when it was it was really unbearable.
