    There wasn't a welcome on arrival nor drink. Snaking queues to check in, get a drink and meal times. Lack of beds and chairs. Complained to guest services who said there was nothing that they could do. There aren't enough chairs/beds for even 25% of guests. You cannot reserve a restaurant booking in advance...not even for a special celebration. It's a queuing system on the day. Food choices were limited an don the whole inedible. The best food was at the snack bar .which was more like a feeding pen; herds of cattle without prepared food or staff to cater. The staff work non-stop but there aren't enough employees to manage the demand of holiday makers nor are there enough bars or restaurants to cater. There were two bars open for thousands of guests and two staff members on each bar. Queue for 30+ mins to order food..wait over an hour for receive it as well as a separate queue to get a soft drink. Travelling for 10 hours and staying in a vicinity that replicated airport queues in the sun was far from the dream i'd imagined. On arrival into our hotel room, I was astonished to only see 1 bed for 3 of us and was told that if I wanted to change this ..I'd have to lay more. I complained to Tui who also advised that if the hotel requested payment than we would have to oblige. TUI did not one state that we were expected as 3 people to share one bed. It was advertised as a 2 double bedroom. After much complaining, this was changed however the holiday did not improve. There are facilities available but there aren't staff to manage them. Mini bar is stocked after several requests...understandably this is unmanageable for 1 person. He did arrive after 10pm one night. The aqua park isn't an aqua park it's a toddlers slide area. I would say that developers have made good use of the vertical space which would increase their profits but impacts the landscape and overall wellbeing for guests. There wasn't a TUI rep available at the property. I was told there isn't one..it's clear to see why. This only further adds to my complaint of why TUI would even market this hotel on their website. Unfortunately, this a TRUE reflection of the majority of holiday makers that stayed. TUI and Non- TUI guests.

    “Nie polecam hotelu Sensora Resort Soa”

    Standard hotelu zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek. Natomiast wybór posiłków w restauracji, zasługuje na 1 gwiazdkę. Posiłki monotonne, powtarzające się cały czas. Gdy człowiek przyjdzie godzinę po otwarciu, dużo brakuje jedzenia. Wszędzie czy to do restauracji, czy do recepcji, czy do concierge godzinne kolejki. Mało obsługi i bardzo wolna. Plaża sprzątana rzadko, gdyż pełno glonów. Woda nie jest zbyt przejrzysta. W pokoju w ofercie podana jest informacja o zestawie do parzenia kawy czy herbaty. Na miejscu jest to zestaw na kapsułki, nie ma możliwości zrobienia herbaty. Poprosiłam o czajnik, hotel zażyczył sobie 12 dolarów za dzień za wypożyczenie czajnika. Pokoje nie zawsze były sprzątane, pomimo tabliczki proszącej o posprzątanie go. Zazwyczaj raz na trzy dni. Główny basen dziecinny był zamknięty przez polowe czasu w ciagu dnia z niewiadomych przyczyn. Ciężko spać od 20 bo ciagle są jakieś imprezy, które słychać w pokoju.

    “Schöner, kinderfreundlicher Urlaub”

    Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal. Das Essen war immer gut und es gab viele verschiedene Getränke über den Tag. Leider konnten wir den Strand und das Meer nicht nutzen, da es zu viele Algen gab.
