The hotel was really clean. The staff were amazing especially the reception ladies. The food was really good

1. The flights were with EasyJet. I do not recall seeing any warning from you about extra charges by the airline at check in for seats and cabin bags-these totalled £200. This should have been highlighted at booking 2. The hotel food was poor-if you don't like veal, squid or octopus, there was not much else 3. Not your fault but the new Terminal 2 in Manchester is terrible, it was better before 4, We have been travelling to Jesolo for 25 years-this was the last time, as a resort it has gone really downhill-again not your fault 5, This is the second year runnjng we have been unhappy with the hotel-how well do you inspect them, especially the food

Paying for sun beds by the pool €20 a day free on the beach. Evening meals hit and miss cold food and had to pay for drinks with evening meal even water. Room was small didn’t get a sea view had a great view of the car park. No tea or coffee making facilities in my the room.
