    Our room was 3 star at best. The toilet didn't work properly, the shower was terrible and leaked a lot. There were huge amounts of silicone from poor botched fixing of the shower cubicle. The room was extremely basic and disappointing. Cleaning staff were 10/10 thankfully.

    “Vacances inoubliables”

    Tout s’est très bien passé, l’hôtel au top du top. Activité avec Tui top aussi et la représente ( Tine ) de chez Tui à l’hôtel très chouette

    The hotel initially put me in a room that was honestly very disappointing. There was a strong sewer smell, the room was very dirty, the bathroom window handle was broken so I couldn’t even close it, there was limescale everywhere, and the air conditioning wasn’t working. My shower also stopped working on one occasion. After three days, I finally asked to be moved, and thankfully, I was moved to a much better room. I couldn’t help but notice that several other guests were also complaining about their rooms and the air conditioning, particularly in the same area of the hotel. My original room was situated near the hotel’s construction site, which I suspect may have contributed to the unpleasant smell and other issues. Aside from the room problems, the food was okay, but the staff were honestly the highlight of my entire holiday. They made such a difference to my experience and turned what could have been a very disappointing stay into something much more memorable. Most of them felt more like friends than staff. They were welcoming, friendly, approachable, and always happy to have a chat. Their kindness and the effort they put into making guests feel comfortable really stood out to me. They created such a lovely atmosphere, and it was the people who made my holiday special, despite the issues with the hotel itself. Overall, I think the hotel really needs to address the cleanliness, maintenance, air conditioning, and the issues affecting the rooms near the construction area. However, the staff deserve so much credit for their hard work and the way they treat their guests. They were genuinely brilliant, and I’m grateful for the way they made me feel throughout my stay. Without them, my experience would have been very different.
