Hotel kann ich empfehlen, Hotelleitung Ina perfekt, Zimmermädchen Teresa super, sehr sauberes Hotel, Speisen gute Auswahl, 2 schöne Pool's zum schwimmen, 1 Kinderpool,, kurzer Weg ans Meer und traumhaft zum reingehen

When we arrived at the hotel we asked if we could hire a kettle and was informed that at the moment none were available as there are only five available in the hotel (unbelievable). We asked to be informed when one became available, nobody came back to us regarding the request. Room was very basic. Storage was just one hanging wardrobe which had just a couple of shelves. There were no drawers for clothes and underwear. No desk surface for placing any objects including mobile phones or various other items. There were no glasses for our water in the room. The dining room (more like a canteen) was not a good experience. Sometimes it was impossible to find an uncleared table, with used dirty plates, cutlery and we had to clear them ourselves and on one occasion my wife actually wiped the table surface herself. Often we had to ask for glasses, cups and cutlery to be replenished. Breakfasting outside, on the one occasion we tried it, was like eating in a rubbish tip, with the floor covered in various used napkins and dropped food. A very bad experience. Although we had half board, we only had the evening meal on two occasions due to the quality of food and the general state of the dining room. Overall the accommodation was very poor, although the room was very well cleaned. We have had many holidays and cruises for many years with TUI but unfortunately we will maybe have to think again before booking a holiday with you again. We feel very let down.

“Gerne wieder i”

Ich War mehrmals in diesem hotel. Ich schätze die Zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage.

Room was unbelievably tiny - it should not be sold for a 3 person occupancy. Everytime somebody in the room moved we had to coordinate where everybody was going to stand. We had to store a suitcase in the bathroom. Bed were hard and strangely really high. Bathroom towels were tiny. Walls were ridiculously thin. There was a security issue on the 2nd night and I don’t feel the TUI rep or hotel took it seriously. Air conditioning - pathetic and sounded like a toilet continuously running. Breakfast - not great and did not appreciate the pidgin walking around inside the breakfast hall
