    The entertainment was excellent, and the entertainment team worked extremely hard throughout our stay. The accommodation was very good and kept spotlessly clean. We upgraded to the “My Favourite Club” when we arrived at the hotel. However, the benefits of this upgrade were not explained very clearly. We were only able to get drinks and snacks from the My Favourite Club lounge rather than the other bars around the resort, which was sometimes inconvenient. The snack fridges in the lounge were not replenished regularly enough, meaning there were often limited snacks available for guests. The drinks selection was good, although it consisted mainly of local brands. The minibar in our room was only stocked once during our week-long stay, which was disappointing and not what we expected from an upgraded package. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay, particularly due to the excellent entertainment and the cleanliness of the hotel. However, clearer information about the upgrade options and some improvements to the My Favourite Club benefits would have enhanced our experience.

    Beautiful hotel in a great location. Wouldn't be suitable for anyone with mobility needs as was a hill pretty much to get anywhere. Staff fantastic. Food was nice. Room was noisy from both the bar below and opposite on the main street, and from the hotel entertainment on the other side but was fine with earplugs. Spacious, bright and clean room. Great shower. Breakfast was nice and plenty of options - good time window too. Pool had plenty of loungers and parasols, and you didn't need to be there on opening to get one.

    The hotel was lovely, we didn’t have a balcony when we booked but the receptionist looked after us and got us a room with a balcony with a breath taking view of the sea, Costa Adeje, and Mount Tiede.
