    Recommended

    Honestly the room was very dated but kept clean. The food was ok, not as many restaurants as stated and only half included in all inclusive. Looky looky men on beach were quite disruptive and pushy. Security was definitely welcomed to feel safer. Lots of scams to watch out for. Beach water was brown with seaweed but understand this can't be helped, they cleared the sand well. I probably wouldn't go back to this hotel.

    Food was always cold in the main buffet restaurant. Tables always filthy lots of staff standing around doing nothing. No one cared no one helped. I tried eating in Ala carte restaurants so I got hot food. I waited 1 hour outside to been seen by staff for the Italian Restaurant then I waited another 1 hour to get my food. The next day I had extreme food poisoning from the food the worst I’ve ever had in my life vomiting so bad my throat closed and hurt for days and diarrhoea so back I had it whilst being sick. Multiple days house keeping didn’t leave towels or toilet rolls and I had to go to reception to ask for some. I had to call multiple times and still nothing. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. Tiki restaurant it was raining and there was multiple tables free and 10 staff members watched people for over half an hour get rained on because no one would come and take room numbers and let people in. Worst hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. No initiative and no care in the world given. Slow and awful customer service

    After the first room which is not what we booked we got a gorgeous room with a sea veiw. Staff were amazing sorting it.

    Hotel was clean and well equipped, the bathroom was a littler dated as was the mini fridge, but the room was kept clean by the amazing housekeeping, food could of had a few more choices but overall I was very happy with my hotel experience and would stay at another time
