    Staff friendly, room beautiful although for myself it was too far from reception/pool/main area. Restaurant staff /food were both good and welcoming

    The hotel is fantastic to look at, and the inside is clean and tidy, the pool area is fabulous and the beach area is pleasant However the reception staff were awful. on arrival, it would be an hotel I would never revisit for this issue alone. The room When coming to the door of the room, There was a strong smell of cat urine Before going downstairs day or two later to find a cat on the sitting area with a pool of urine next to him, LOVELY. The hallway was had 2 light not working The changing room had 1 light not working The bathroom had 1 light not working The toilet light didn’t work The outside light didn’t work There was a hole in the bath. To which I was told it’s ok No drinks in the fridge. FIRST TIME IVE EVER SEEN THAT No kettle No towels on arrival, arrived nearly 2 hours later Spent 4 nights without a pillow case, CLEAN SAID I HAVEN’T GOT ONE. Sheets on the beds not cleaned when requested, Flat soft drinks at the bars sometimes, probably using the bottles from dinner time Indoor pool empty The elevator control panel was open for the duration of the holiday, even after reporting the issue twice. Entertainment, average at best, let’s say no more. Photos if required No chance is this a 5 star resort. Enjoyed Tunisia but the hotel room and reception staff, made the holiday disappointing. Speaking with other holiday makers, the feeling is that of the hotel penny pinching I spoke to a lady who arrived the same day as we did. For her to start crying and wished she could get an early flight home. She stating the reception stall are awful Food was fine and the waiting staff fabulous

    Place was run down in places, not enough staff, not enough cutterly, not enough salt and pepper, drinks were poor, fridge not stocked, hotel did not live up to our usual TUI standard
