    Lots of the Al a cart restaurants were closed and the ones that we did use had reduced menus. We went to Katok steak house on a couple of occasions and the first time they had non of the steaks on the menu available. That’s a bit bad considering it’s a steak house . The staff did get us a steak but I think it came from another restaurant on site . The other time there was no T bone and No sirloin. This was not just the one restaurant ,Kauuk had no tenderloin and that might sound like a first world problem but there’s only 4 mains on the menu so that’s 25% missing. You can tell it’s cost cutting because it’s all the high value protein items that are being rationed or just taken away . It was the same at the buffet chicken products like Breast from the grill or chicken pieces from the carvery station were severely rationed it felt embarrassing to ask for more . The drinks offering has also been downgraded every bar we visited didn’t have basic products eg Brandy Jack Daniel's and the products they did have ran out on a daily basis eg Baileys ,chocolate , and other things . Also the lager was undrinkable a lot of the time . This was obviously to drive sales of the bottled products that were payable. This was our 3rd time here and we can definitely see the drop in quality.

    Rooms all upgraded just surrounding areas need upgrading eg public toilets broken tiles on walls around the bottom
