Despite having booked for room with a 'Balcony/Terrace, we were disappointed to find our balcony was no more than 3ftx2ft. Barely enough room for the tiny chairs and table they put there. We stayed in rooms 304, 450 & 452. Unsurprisingly, none of the photos on your site showed such tiny balconies/terraces! Also the pool was described as 'lake stye'. In real life this turned out to be totally inappropriate for half of our non-swimming party who found a pool 2metres deep throughout. It meant we had to insure extra expense to travel to the beach to enjoy safe swimming/paddling
