    Recommended

    whilst we was at our accommodation, it was a nice hotel room, however they seemed to not clean the floors very well, was finding a lot of crumbs from previous people, in addition to this, the food was horrific, me and my partner both got food poisoning, it was the same food every day, by day 4 , we was buying our own food. the staff, was amazing couldn’t fault their service and again their was not very many alcohol drink choices and finally, the shop prices at the hotel was very high

    “Tolles Familienhotel mit viel Aktion für Groß und Klein”

    Die Hotel Anlage bietet für alle was. Ob Wasserrutschen, Poolbar oder einfach Planschen findet jeder Wasserbegeisterer was. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das absolute Highlight für die Kinder war der Vergnügungspark mit Puffauto und allerlei Fahrgeschäften am Gelände. Er war jeden Abend der Abschluss und hat uns sehr gefallen.

    No hot water for first 4 days, daily call and visit to reception, constant reassurance that someone would rectify - they didn’t until Day 4 of 7!? Description said room with a garden/pool view, we had a room with a view of the road for delivery vehicles and a wall!? We raised this and were offered a far smaller room which would have been cramped for 6 of us and wasn’t the family room we’d paid for. Delivery vehicles come all times of day and night so interrupted sleep was common. Reception staff incompetent. All other staff around the pool, waiters, restaurant, life guards absolutely spot on, friendly, welcoming etc… Hotels are on a great complex, we enjoyed the variety of going to Vista.
