Livvo Las Gaviotas apartments were fantastic, friendly and courteous staff across the complex. The accommodation was exactly what we wanted, comfortable surroundings great kitchen and shower facilities and excellent aircon in the bedrooms. Lovely pool and a great pool bar serving fantastic food and drinks. Overall couldn't have been happier, great value for money.

Livvo Las Gaviotas was a perfectly well positioned place to stay. Basic yes, but with all you need for a base to sleep and change etc. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the service from Christina the cleaning lady, Ainhoa and Milena on reception was superb. We were however, unhappy with the air conditioning situation... we paid for a superior apartment to ensure we had air con, however, nowhere does it state that the air con stops working after 2 hours and you have to get up to flick the switch back on!! In the day this isn't a problem, however in 31 degree heat at night - this was terrible. Neither of us had a good nights sleep due to being awoken by the overwhelming heat and sudden silence. I have nocturnal epilepsy and temperature regulation is important whilst I sleep, as is a good nights sleep to help prevent seizures - this stupid idea proved detrimental to my health. We discovered a few days in that we could rent a fan at 3 Euros a day - which we did, albeit begrudgingly, why should we have had to pay for this?! Whilst we loved Las Gaviotas, we will not return whilst the air con situation is like this, and to be honest we feel a bit swindled - you pay for superior with air con - you don't expect to be up every two hours to switch it back on - even the reception team were embarrassed by the situation when we enquired if it could be overridden (no it cannot)

Extremely clean ideal location
