Clean nice and fresh

Great place been about twenty times now! Has it's quirks but a unique charm and excellent location. Not suitable for party animals but very relaxing and ultra safe. Disabled or people with mobility issues should do there research or check with tui before booking but would personally highly recommend.

At initial checkin reception staff not overly welcoming, confusing guidance to room, rectified by kindly cleaning lady noticing our confusion and showing us directly to our door. Accommodation spacious and resort has lots of facilities for a 3 star hotel. Location is a bit off the main drag, might be an issue for those with walking difficulties. We were self catering but had dinner at the hotel restaurant 1 evening, 3 courses for 18 euros each plus extra fir drinks simple food but enough choices and very tasty. All cleaning staff and other staff members very helpful and friendly and despite initial slightly lack of welcome from reception when we came to leave Carol was extremely helpful with extending late checkout for us. Overall I would recommend this accommodation and would come back again .
