Having stayed at Mur Aparthotel Buenos Aires regularly for around 20 years, we know the accommodation very well and have always enjoyed returning. Our apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the air conditioning was particularly appreciated given the very warm temperatures during our visit. The daily housekeeping was exceptional, with the apartment consistently left clean and tidy, and the staff throughout the hotel were as friendly and welcoming as we have always remembered them. The main observation from this visit was that some areas of the accommodation are beginning to show their age. There were signs of general wear and tear throughout the rooms and communal hallways, including peeling walls and worn or broken floor tiles. Having visited over such a long period, these things were more noticeable to us this time, and I feel that some refurbishment and investment would really enhance the overall appearance of the property. The same applies to the pool area, where some of the flooring and the interior of the pool would benefit from refreshing. That said, it remains a fantastic area to spend the day, with plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas and tables available, and we never struggled to find somewhere to relax. Overall, we were very happy with our accommodation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cleanliness, facilities, location and wonderful staff remain major strengths. With some attention given to the areas now showing signs of wear and tear, the accommodation could be brought back to the standard we have enjoyed and appreciated over so many years of staying here.
