    No balcony in room - maybe this should have been made clear at time of booking Very little evening entertainment and little to do in the surrounding area at night

    The hotel is tired and needs some updating and care and attention. Reception staff were hard to find. Bar staff were hard to find. Dining room was dark and dingy. Food was okay again it was hard to find any staff if I needed anything in the dining room. The dining room is very very noisy very busy screaming kids running everywhere. The pool was very crowded again screaming kids all day jumping in and out of the pool constantly splashing everybody it was hard for adults to actually be able to relax in the pool. And the queue for the sunbeds wow that was just horrendous. Every morning I had to be down at the pool for 10 to 8 ready for the gate opening at eight just to get a sunbed not to get one that I particularly wanted or a good spot just to get a sun lounger. So not a very relaxing holiday when I had to queue every morning for a Sunlounger. The hotel had too many guests for the facilities.

    “Schönes Hotel und Umgebung”

    Hotell sehr sauber freundliches Personal gutes Essen allerdings Getränke außerhalb der Essenszeiten sehr sehr teuer. All inklusive gibt es leider nicht.

    Hotel very clean ,staff very friendly, surroundings beautiful. Food very poor cold or warm very repetitive. ALL Inclusive very misleading .not catered for people with mobility issues No acknowledgement or communication from TUI rep . I just felt that you took my money and left to get on with it
