    Super Urlaub, super Hotel, 7. Mal dort gewesen. Alles wie immer perfekt, Hotelpersonal war wie immer super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hotel an sich ist einfach perfekt!

    “Citadel Resort auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung”

    Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Hotelanlage, Zimmer und Strandpromenade ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Essen in den Restaurants ist gut könnte aber etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Als Negativ empfanden wir das wir nicht im Meer schwimmen bzw. Schnorcheln konnten. Sobald man in die Nähe der Riffkante kam wurde man von den Life Guards zurückgerufen.

    Our stay at Pickalbatros Citadel Resort Sahl Hasheesh was a fantastic experience overall. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful sea views, unique architecture, and a really relaxing atmosphere that made the holiday special from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly and hardworking, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the variety of pools, the private beach areas, and the range of food available throughout the stay. To make the experience even better, the hotel could improve consistency in some areas of service during busier periods, particularly around restaurants and housekeeping response times. A little more evening entertainment variety and clearer information about activities and restaurant bookings would also enhance the guest experience. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.
