Accommodation was lovely!! Couldn’t really fault it, a few little things that could have been improved but nothing that effected our stay!

Hotellet är inte som på bilderna. Poolen är liten och det är trångt, det finns inte solsängar så det räcker till alla gäster så det blev kaos varje morgon. Det som var bra var att hotellet hade en regel att man inte fick boka solsäng utan att vara där själv. Så de som lämnade handduken och gick på frukost fick hämta grejorna i receptionen. Hotellet strand var under all kritik, trasiga solstolar, sunkigt och smutsigt vid vattnet. Såg ut som ett övergivet område mellan fina hotell och beachclubs. Tog också 10 min att gå. Hotellets städning var katastrof, det städades inte varje dag och bäddningen var i klass med mina barns… handdukar bytte ibland, fick gå till receptionen och be om byte flera gånger. Maten ok men buffé blir alltid trist efter ett tag. Gullig aktivitetsledare som körde poolgympa och dart!

Unfortunately, my accommodation experience was a little disappointing. There were no towels in the shower after they cleaned the rooms, and I had to ask several times before receiving them. There was also no shower gel available at the pool shower , so I had to use shampoo instead. The staff generally seemed quite unhappy and unwelcoming, although a couple of members of staff were friendly and helpful. I feel the overall service and attention to basic amenities could be improved.

The hotel was clean, good location, modern looking, although parts of the hotel felt like it needed freshening up - particularly areas around the rooms. The restaurant and bar areas were great. It didn't impact our enjoyment though and I would recommend to others. The swim up pools attached to the rooms did look at bit 'worn'. I was pleased I hadn't upgraded to one. They didn't look as nice as the brochure photos. I was really pleased with our room. Much more spacious than I expected. It was a nicely designed and laid out room. The view was great too. The room was cleaned daily, towels changed regularly. The only issue was that the glasses weren't refreshed during the whole week, despite the fact that they had clearly been used. The restaurant was great - especially for a small hotel. Always plenty of choice at all meals. The bar was nice and had a good selection of all inclusive drinks.
