    The room we stayed in was lovely, very well cleaned and presented.

    Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our accommodation. We saw cockroaches near our room, which was very unpleasant and concerning. During our stay, people with children became trapped in the hotel lift and had to wait more than two hours before they were rescued. This was very worrying and made us feel that the hotel’s safety standards were not adequate. Our daughter also injured her foot in the swimming pool after stepping on a piece of broken tile that had fallen from the pool wall and was left in the water. We believe this was a serious safety issue. The rooms were old, poorly maintained and clearly in need of renovation. The air conditioning in our room also did not work properly. Overall, the accommodation did not meet our expectations and we feel that significant improvements and maintenance are needed. The rest of our holiday was quite good, but the condition and safety of the hotel had a negative impact on our experience.

    Lack of activities for children, any activity that was put on was over taken by adults and often was dangerous for any children to take part and on numerous occasions injury occurred to both adults and children during waterpolo and water basketball Whilst I write this, I am sure that these comments will not be passed on or even considered

    cleaner rooms . food needs better varity more NON spicy options less sauces ,this hotel does not cater for everone . alcholic spirit undrinable no options for normal branks even to purchase. ONLY \"local\" brands these VERY poor qualtiy and taste .
