    Recommended

    Be prepared for stairs or unreliable/slow lifts (and not many of them). Daily room service was a little inconsistent, sometimes a full set of towels sometimes you had to go after them, same with soap refills etc. Water pressure is low so not a very powerful shower but adequate. Other than that we were happy with the large room, the seating area, the balcony overlooking the main parade, the generous wardrobe (+ plenty of hangers) and drawer space. We were able to get swift responses to any requests placed through the hotel app

    Had to change rooms on day 2 because of problems with electrics, the 2nd room we had 2 drawers unable to use as they were stuck shut ! Very noisy at night with drunk residents shouting & arguing, youngsters running around the floors in early hours, residents in next room holding party on their balcony until 3am, it was like being on a 18 - 30’s holiday !!! The fun pool was always packed & not our scene at all, so we sat at the other pool which we loved, but two different days we walked past the fun pool to see girls passed out & having to have hotel staff giving emergency treatment, we can only presume from what we saw it was through too much alcohol. The staff were miserable & not very helpful ie wet table in bar area after rain but we had to go get toilet paper out of bathroom to dry it off, seats in dining room mainly always covered in food & not wiped down & we had to turn them over or swap with different tables, breakfast always had to ask for more coffee, no staff member ever had a smile or a chat !!!
