After reading mixed reviews and following hotel on social media, I was worried I wouldn’t like the hotel, food or location. Thankfully the hotel was amazing, that much food choice no one could ever go hungry and transport if you wanted to get out.

The cleanliness, size of room and facilities were excellent, and staff were friendly, however this was not the relaxing adult only resort we expected due to the very loud clientele from USA. We understood that volley ball could be on twice per day, however as the net was not always removed, games continued throughout the day, meaning the pool could not always be used to relax. Also despite TUI highlighting that tips had been included in the cost of the holiday, the pool bar service was not always good, especially at the weekend when many Americans were there tipping excessively to be served first. There were often long wait times to be served at these times and at one point during being served the bar man stopped taking my order to serve someone who offered a tip! Not all restaurants were good - the food being far too salty and it was disappointing that none had air conditioning. The booking system for some restaurants was also poor, especially when there were many empty tables. We never got into Zen due to the excessive 45min wait times despite often being empty.

Hotel was excellent, only one small issue, The position of the Hotel was isolated from going out to explore due to the cost of taxis, or booking trips out, The hotel shop (24/7) was very expensive to buy things, (cigarettes and a lighter 48 Dollars for a packet of cigarettes 15 dollars for a lighter!!!!) apart from being restricted to leaving the hotel and the prices in the site shop everything else was amazing, Brilliant TUI staff very helpful and polite, Hotel and staff were amazing and very professional. Thank you for a great holiday. Will definitely be booking my next Caribbean trip with TUI Fantastic service all round.

Totally not wheelchair friendly two main pools inaccessible front of resort and several restaurants inaccessible due to steepness of rams or no ramps, when husband first hurt his foot (broken) we were told ring reception we will get you to meals or something free different menu from room service one neither happened until the day going home and bellboy came to wheel us to private transfer, reps all three said at checkout no messages were forwarded from the app and they were totally unaware of the difficulties we faced we list several days due to this
