    Recommended

    Tired rooms. Steakhouse and staff worst on resort and the booking for it was awful. Need the mosquito smoker. Got bitten badly. Other than that 10/10. Would love to see attention to the beach from the pool to the sea. ********** ends stones and debris need removing. But still loved the hotel

    Paying for an upgrade is pointless as a lot of other people there through TUI were given same rooms and location as us. First room had multiple issues with maintenance, mould, wrong bed. Drinks were varied. Food was okay. 24hr snacks were poor.

    We checked in and the room provided to us was extremely dirty, linen dirt, floor & all furniture sticky, ac leaking and paint spots all over the sofa. We contacted reception to inform them that the room was in extreme dirty conditions and they said we can send housekeeping to reclean it and that they are aware of the ac. I asked for a new room which they provided and the second room was smelling full of chlorine or paint, toilet flush was not working and phone was not working so I had to take again all my luggage’s and go to reception. When I went there I explained him everything mentioning I moved twice a room and asked for a new room in good condition considering that we were staying for 12 days. We waited in pause he didn’t speak at all unsure if he was looking for a new room for us and not a single apology for the inconvenience. The third room was okay and we stayed there, however, our biggest disappointment was the handling of the situation by the reception. We didn’t ask for anything just for room to stay for 12 nights in living condition. An apology for the inconvenience is the least that they could say to their guests that face some issues in their rooms.

    Lovely resort but could do with a little revamp, lick of paint, drawers in poor condition, light bulb hanging off, on the negative side. Very comfy bed, lovely views, towels changed daily, friendly staff, good entertainment, lovely beach, lovely grounds lush and green, great choice of fruits!!! Very lively resort and I thoroughly enjoyed the excursion to the natural pool and Samoa Island 🙌
