    We really enjoy the hotel itself and their location hence while we’ve been back two years in a row but the lack of communication my son being excluded from kids club the lifeguards not paying any attention on their phones had headphones in sunbathing. It is completely put us off.

    Duży, przestronny pokój z balkonem, codziennie sprzątany, bardzo niewygodne łóżka, poduszki fatalne - śpi się na siedząco.

    Everything about the accommodation was perfect in our eyes. Cleanliness, friendly efficient staff. Plenty of entertainment during the day and evening. Some guests behaviour left a lot to be desired. Pushing in dining hall queues, arrogant and rude, not only to staff. Lack of control over their children in bar/lobby/restaurants. Lack of personal hygiene, again from certain guests in not washing hands after using the loo. Using 1 set of food tongs to pick up every item on the plate, with no regard for cross contamination or other peoples allergies. Not the hotels fault. Just no accounting for ignorant people, who are oblivious of anything other than their own selfish needs

    “Wakacje udane z drobnymi niedociągnięciami”

    Hotel ogromny, standard pokoju bardzo fajny, bardzo duży wybór jedzenia, chyba jedna z największych, jak nie największa, ilość basenów przy hotelu w Nesebyrze. O każdej porze dnia zawsze były dostępne leżaki (wakacje w szczytowym okresie sezonu), pomocna recepcja i świetne wodne atrakcje dla dzieciaków... Ale żeby nie było tak kolorowo: 1) Sprzątaczki wykonujące usługę room service po linii najmniejszego oporu. 2) Wybór jedzenia bardzo duży, ale niektóre potrawy pozostawiały wiele do życzenia. Kolacje tematyczne – włoska i japońska – robione przez kucharzy, którzy mają o tym znikome pojęcie. 3) Dużo basenów i żaden niepodgrzewany. Jeżeli traficie na okres pogorszenia aury, to współczuję przy wchodzeniu do wody. 4) Do dyspozycji 3 windy na każde skrzydło hotelu, ale działają w jakimś megaoszczędnym trybie. Bardzo częsta sytuacja, że dwie stoją, a tylko jedna lata w górę i w dół, przez co jest mega zatłoczona. 5) Barmani z dłuższym stażem, pracujący w głównym lobby, mają bardzo wysokie ego. 6) Ostatnia rzecz, będąca dla mnie zupełnym nieporozumieniem w dzisiejszych czasach. Gdy z ciekawości chciałem wejść z dzieciakami do budynku miniklubu i zobaczyć, co tam jest ciekawego (jakie zabawki, gry, animacje), na wejściu pani powiedziała, że mogą wejść tylko dzieci z Anglii i Niemiec. Bardzo słabe. Mimo wszystko ogólne wrażenie jest takie: mocne 7/10.
