    Didn't like finding out that the beach area was out of use one of the evenings due to a private wedding function - Had to find elsewhere Generally the accommodation was clean, the maid came daily and freshened/changed the bed. Previous occupants poo had been missed under the toilet seat which we only discover a day or two into our stay, we left the toilet seat up and this was attended too. Maids long black hair found on lots of surfaces but other than that pretty clean. The air conditioning unit leaked water some days whilst in use but not too much of a problem. The room was spacious and the view was exactly as shown in the brochure Breakfast was good, with a good selection of options for all tastes Room service offered a good selection and was delivered in a good time frame - food quality was good and available 24/7 Wi-fi connection was good and the pools were cleaned daily Disappointed that the main pool was under maintenance whilst we were there, they were retiling and regrouting. We were told this ahead if arrival but it only left us with the other pool which was very shallow. The sea was often too rough also to swim in, but I guess it needs to be done, it would have been good to have been offered something by means of a compensation fif this is a voucher towards food of drink purchased in the restaurant or bar if something. Just advising if is out if action for the duration of our stay is not good customer service - that area is woefully lacking anx needs improvement for a better customer journey Flights were delayed and made for a very long travel journey. Food vouchers offered which we only saw a link for when we arrived at our final destination which was ruddiculous as we had already had the meal on the plane. Flights weren't good although incredibly smooth and exceptional take off and landings. Fantastic entertainment system but seat recliners from people in front affect this and don't make a long flight like this pleasant. The plane air con and whatever gets sprayed into the system played havoc with my sinuses which made me feel unwell and not an enjoyable flight. I had to wear a mask on the return journeys to reduce the aggravation. The food options are dreadful for all flights and in this day and age it's a joke that there aren't better mass produced options available that offer better quality than the ********** that was offered. Interesting to have metal cutlery with the meal when you wouldn't be able to take something like this through the security checks

    The hotel was lovely and a perfect location. But one of the main pools was closed and the walkway to the beach was also closer throughout the duration of our stay. But other than that it was great

    Unfortunately there were renovation works going on at the hotel(which we were informed about beforehand) but it didn't spoil our stay there. The rooms really could do with updating. Having said that ours was very clean.
