    We would like to start by highlighting the positive aspects of our holiday. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, with the cleaning and restaurant staff being particularly hardworking, accommodating and pleasant. They worked extremely hard despite the challenges they faced and deserve recognition for their efforts. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is in need of considerable improvement. We experienced a strong smell of sewage in our room, which was unpleasant and affected our enjoyment of the stay. There were also issues with broken door locks, while our key cards repeatedly stopped working, making access to our room frustrating and inconvenient. The all-inclusive food was average at best. There was a limited choice, with extremely long queues at mealtimes and, at times, a poor selection of food available. Another concern was that many food items were not clearly labelled. This is particularly disappointing and potentially concerning for guests with food allergies or dietary requirements, who need accurate information about what they are eating. On a more positive note, we found the breakfast to be good, with a better choice and overall quality than some of the other meals. Overall, while the staff did their very best and were one of the highlights of our stay, the hotel facilities, food service and general organisation need significant improvement. We hope TUI will take this feedback seriously, as with investment and improvements, the hotel could provide a much better holiday experience for its guests.
