The 4* was more 3*. Rooms weren't cleaned properly, toilets constantly dripping, basin in bathroom the plug was stuck and therefore hard to open and drain. Balcony door needed cleaning, oiling and handle tightened. Air-conditioning in room only on 6pm to 6.30am. Reception did move us to another room but thst room had same issues, still the view was beautiful. Reception got our dinner bookings at the Asian restaurant wrong twice!

The air conditioning in the room was very poor and the shower tray had a leak. Nice big rooms and comfortable beds

Lovely place. Rooms good. Staff around pool and bars where really good. Dining staff really didn't want to be there and were more interested in getting the next session ready than providing a service for guests actually there.

The staff in this hotel are fantastic. The grounds kept beautifully and food is fine if a bit repetitive…. The rooms are good and beds comfortable but the shower itself could do with a bit of an upgrade along with the towels. The drinks at the bar are average. The tonic water flat all the time. Cocktails out of a dispenser and are awful. Wine fine. Not enough umbrellas for all sun loungers and in the heat this is an issue. The lobby furniture is a bit tired. If these issues were addressed it would be great. I love the staff, location and size of the hotel and I hope when I return next year some of these things will be updated. I had a fabulous sea view room so was overall very, very happy. The points I make are constructive.
