Very good holiday staff amazing room very clean would recommend

The hotel was everything and more. We really enjoyed and are looking forward to trying the Riu hotels elsewhere on future holidays!

Dafür das es eine spezielle und auch Preis intensiver Extra Bereich (Elite) in der Hotelanlage ist, kann man echt mehr erwarten. Da sollte das Housekeeping viel besser funktionieren, ohne das man ständig nach fehlenden Sachen wie Handtücher, Kaffee,Kaffeeweiser oder sonstiges, was das auffüllen der Minibar angeht täglich reklamieren muss .Diese Probleme bei der Reiseleitung (Einheimischer Tui Mitarbeiter)vor Ort angesprochen,bekamen wir zur Antwort, wir sollten dem Reinigungspersonal Trinkgeld geben da sie nur ein Mindestlohn bekommen. Aus unserer Sicht ist ein Trinkgeld etwas für eine besondere Leistung oder eine erbrachte Sonderleistung. Aber in keinem Fall das aufstocken eines Mindeslohnes. Wir haben uns schon fast genötigt gefühlt. Die Probleme zogen sich von Ankunft bis Abreise durch. Das Inventar der Zimmer ist auch schon in die Jahre gekommen, das heist das Holz der Möbel quillt Stellenweise auf.

The hotel was beautiful, a lovely resort with lots of things happening to keep you busy so you’re never bored. Also a lot of places to relax on those days when you needed too. The food is one of the best I have experienced at an all inclusive resort with lots of options including the restaurants which you can just go to when you don’t fancy the buffet. Although the buffet was great too!

The accommodation was amazing, we came back thoroughly relaxed and also extremely well fed and watered. No faults to find at this accommodation.
