We had no fridge for 3 days and when we asked to speak to the supervisor he refused to speak to us even though he was sitting right in front of us, when i asked for the beds to be changed they came at 9pm at night and did this about 4 times,

Spacious, clean room with well stocked minibar. Noisy aircon which produced a damp atmosphere. Large shower room with double sink. Huge double bed and plenty of storage. The main buffet restaurant had a great variety of foods and varied its offerings with speciality nights. It also provided great breakfasts. The Japanese restaurant was disappointing, with overspiced, undercooked food and the worst pad-Thai we have ever tasted. The steak restaurant was excellent and their surf and turf is highly recommended. The Italian restaurant was disappointing, with bland, tasteless offerings but the Fusion restaurant was excellent. The pool areas showed sign of aging and could be done with a revamp. The pools were dirty above the water-line and many small tiles were missing. The pool with the swim-up bar got a bit rowdy most afternoons and the main pool, which was fine in the morning and early afternoon, got far too noisy later in the afternoon when the entertainment team wheeled out a massive speaker. It was just too noisy for many who either headed for the beach or the cafe on the patio. Many holidaymakers enjoy conversation around a quiet pool and this just wasn’t possible at this hotel in the afternoon.

It's a party hotel 24/7. Drugs smokers everywhere. Sun loungers empty all day with towels left on them. Drinks people very slow. Just a horrible hotel
