    I was extremely disappointed with the accommodation. The room was far more dated and worn than I expected from a TUI holiday. There were multiple maintenance and cleanliness issues, including leaking air conditioning, broken bedside lamps, stained sheets and curtains, a battered fridge, stained and damaged bathroom mirrors, and a TV with no English channels. The overall condition of the room felt neglected and in need of significant refurbishment. What upset me most was arriving after saving for so long for this special trip and feeling immediately disappointed by the standard of the room. My parents had also booked to join us, and their room was in a similarly poor condition, which made me feel even worse as I wanted them to have the best experience possible. The issues extended beyond the room itself. Around the hotel there were noticeable maintenance problems, including chipped and damaged tiles around the pool areas. Overall, the accommodation felt tired and run down rather than the quality resort experience that was advertised. I did report my concerns to the TUI representative, who was kind, understanding and arranged for repairs to be carried out. However, while I appreciated her efforts, the underlying condition of the accommodation remained far below what I expected when booking through TUI. Had I known the true condition of the hotel and rooms, I would not have chosen this accommodation.

    Check in was fast and staff was very helpful and friendly,rooms were spotless cleaned everyday,food was great and drinks were good to the bar staff were fun friendly its our 3rd year going and we cant wait to go back unfortunately it wont be May as there having a refurbishment but we will be going back in august all being well
