    Room for improvement - well worn in parts - in room sink tap repeatedly dirty not cleaned properly very hard to turn on and off as sticks. Stairs in the corridor leading to the upper floor in the block coming away wooden strip coming away from the concrete on 2 of the edges of the stairs - real safety hazard had to step over incase came off completely . One of the party violently sick 1 full day meat and fish on the raw side not cooked properly lots of flies around food all the time in breakfast and lunch restraint drinks at the bar outside - pool area fine for soft alcoholic ones none existent.

    Hotel was huge and clean. Pool size was amazing. Larfest pool ever experienced. Staff all amazingly friendly. Food was incredible. Best all inclusive options since mexico in a 5 start 9 years ago. Nothing was too much for anyone. Drinks not strong. Plenty of sun loungers so no issues in getting them any time of the day which meant no need to rush to reserve. All in all a perfect holiday

    Not a 4 star Riu experience. Food bland and repetitive, plagued with flies in the restaurants. Italian restaurant a travesty, if I were Italian I would have cried. Pool area not cleaned properly and still being cleaned when people were lying on sunbeds. Luggae transfer upon ckeck in was 2 guys racing around the site in a golf cart and then expecting a tip, physiclly standing in your room waiting and intimidating you. Rooms tired and in need of a renewal. Lots of maintenance issues - screws loose on handles, extracor fans not working etc.

    No small bottles/cartons of water, have to keep going to a bar. Room for 3 adults, arrived at midnight only sleeping arrangements for 2.Entertainment at night was mainly indoors( in beautiful weather who wants to sit indoors?) no outdoor stage. No snack bar open.
