More information on accessible rooms. We had to email hotel to try find out for ourselves what facilities they had. ( Not much as it turned out). We had to hire equipment.

Hotel was very clean and in a fantastic location. Staff were very helpful. Food was very good, but there could be more vegetarian & vegan options available. Swimming pools were great, as was the evening entertainment.

Very clean, sofa bed very uncomfortable, no safety locks on room door or balcony doors which being a family based hotel was expected, and a three year old could open both doors easily. Great choice of food but was luke warm at best.

“Bel hôtel propre et accueillant”
Les points forts : -Hôtel propre et pourtant au vue du respect de certains voyageurs ce n'est pas évident. -Choix dans les buffets -Personnel accueillant et souriant Points négatifs: - Les langues couramment utilisées autre qu'espagnol sont l'anglais et l'allemand pour les personnes ne parlant que Français ça sera difficile de communiquer. - Le manque d'explication du fonctionnement de l'hôtel (piscine, wellness, repas) , merci à google traduction car même sur leur application pour téléphone mobile le français n'existe pas. - La chaleur de certains plats.
