    The hotel needs more umbrellas! Everyome should have access to some shade! Made sunbeds unusuable if you didnt have an umbrella

    Accommodation was tired. Had to have maintenance out for patio door, safe and television. Had to chase up maintenance several times for the television problem which was only resolved late the last day

    The rooms had been renovated to a good standard and the size was excellent, with a separate bedroom and living area where the kids slept. Food was good, perhaps a bit samey at the buffet but the à la carte restaurants were good. That said my little boy (4) suffered food poisoning one night from some pasta. I had asked the staff to make him pasta (on the menu) with tomato sauce (not on the menu) which they did and I believe it was from this. He was very unwell for a short period which was worrying. The kids menu was limited, for a hotel with such a family focus this could be improved beyond fish fingers, pizza and burgers. The pool was excellent. And the children’s entertainment and team equally great. Overall it was great and I would return.

    Hotel was amazing, loads for kids to do which is exactly what we were after. The rooms were really clean and the staff were super friendly including the entertainment team who did a great job of keeping the kids entertained. Food and drink options had a great selection. Only minor negative points to say on the hotel was that it’s starting to show signs of wear and tear, in particular, the pool and toilet areas. The pool and snack bars did not appear very clean and were quite dated so could be improved to give a full 5 star rating.
