We was informed in the drop in star, not worth the price we paid. Also we felt there was so many French that were looked after better day and night. Some of the evening entertainment was based for the French and felt left out at times. Overall we had a fab holiday and staff was friendly.

I usually don’t like writing reviews, especially negative ones, but this time I feel it is worth sharing my experience. I’ll start with the housekeeping. The standards at this hotel were unbelievably low. During our 10-day stay, the bathroom floor was not cleaned even once, and the bed linen was changed only after we specifically asked for it. I also want to mention the sun loungers. There are quite a limited number of them, especially considering that the hotel has more than 100 rooms. The food was also quite disappointing — repetitive, with very little choice of vegetables. The cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area were questionable as well. The entertainment was poor too — in fact, there was hardly any. Apart from live music once a week, there was very little entertainment at all. We had an all-inclusive package, but unfortunately, we even had to pay for a cup of coffee made from coffee beans. To sum up, I would not recommend this hotel, as I don’t think it offers good value for money. If I had to rate it, I could only give it 2 stars.

Tui website is outdated, we booked this hotel with one of the main attractions being the infinity pool next to the beach, on arrival we noticed the pool is smaller than the pictures on the website and there are now sunbeds in between the pool and the view of the beach. The hotel transfer was also advertised as 75 minutes but was more like 2 hours Overall was a good holiday but still feel let down by the falsely advertised infinity pool

“Schöne Anlage mit kleinen Mängel”

Die Anlage ist eigentlich sehr schön ,das Personal super lieb,unser Zimmer hat uns gefallen (wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen Meerblick) war sauber und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Nur die Sauberkeit im Hauptresturant ließ zu wünschen übrig, dreckige Wände und Stühle, der Boden war auch sehr schmutzig was sehr schade war. Auch vom Essen war wir etwas enttäuscht, es gab oft das gleiche und etwas wenig Auswahl. Ein großer Problem war auch eine Liege am Strand und Pool zu bekommen da morgens um 7 schon alle mit Handtüchern belgt waren. Wir haben uns das 2 Tage angeschaut und haben es dann auch so gemscht was eigentlich nicht unsere Art ist .Für die größe der Anlage sind am Strand eindeutig zu wenig Liegen vorhanden genau 30 Stück an der Zahl.Trotz allem hatte wir dennoch einen schönen Urlaub .
