    The accommodation was clean, good location and staff were nice but I cannot recommend based on the fact it is sold as all inclusive but the selection of alcohol is watered down to the point I questioned if there is any in it. If you purchase alcohol from the menu then different bottles are used and they taste of alcohol and are also presented nicely in glasses instead of plastic cups. I would recommend if it wasn't for that and will be adding this to trip advisor.

    Lovely clean hotel, BUT…. - NO hot water for 5 out of 7 days despite informing hotel staff, manager, and TUI rep. DALE from TUI actually listened to our no hot water complaint and tried to rectify the situation, and we had hot water for 2 days only! - paper thin walls, and very noisy guests - food NEVER hot! Poor choices available, and puddings rationed. Often run out of fresh fruit, particularly bananas. - lack of any form of entertainment, or even entertainment venue! - ridiculously loud music around main pools from morning till night - building new hotel immediately adjacent to communal areas, hence more noise NOBODY SHOULD OFFERED THIS ACCOMMODATION IF THEY WANT A STRESS FREE AND PEACEFUL HOLIDAY

    The hotel was lovely the food was not good at all a lot complaining about food especially people with children ate out most nights as it was not appetising
