The hotel itself is lovely, with great facilities and a beautiful setting. However, while some members of staff were truly outstanding and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, others gave the impression that they did not want to be there, which affected the overall guest experience. Unfortunately, many staff members would benefit from additional customer service training and motivation to ensure a consistently high standard of hospitality. The entertainment team also fell short of expectations. As this is an adults-only hotel, we expected a more engaging and varied entertainment programme. There was very little on offer, and it did not feel any different from other hotels we have stayed in. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel has many positive qualities, and with improvements in customer service and entertainment, it could offer a truly exceptional holiday experience.

The hotel was amazing and i loved every minute. The only negative experience i had was I could never find the TUI rep. I looked for them Many times and I couldn’t find them. I wanted to talk to them and was unable to as was never at the desk

We had seen some negative reviews before we went but always like to make our own minds up which we are happy about as the hotel and our room, it was a great size and lovely view. Hotel staff were really nice and friendly, could have a laugh with them
