    Not a luxurious hotel but very ‘homely’ and very helpful and friendly staff The location in Holbox was very good, a short walk into the town and situated right on a beautiful beach with plenty of sunbeds, you could get one at any time of the day We ate in the hotel one evening and it wasn’t very nice, breakfast however, was very good The water pressure in the hotel was very low and it made getting wet in the shower a challenge The beds and room were comfortable and always kept clean There was no coffee making facilities in the room but water was supplied every day and there was a fridge to keep the water nice and chilled

    Had some money stolen from safe which was reported, also had a demand for a 5,000 peso bill upon arrival as I selected a room preference but their terms and conditions were very unclear. Staff reported to me this had happened multiple times and was a flaw with their own website HM hotels, I didn't back down and they wavered the charge. This is the second time staying here with TIU, last time was in 2018

    “Fantastiskt resemål”

    Mysigt mindre hotell, hade uppskattat om de haft info om tex vart vi hittade ett gym och samarbete med ngn yoga person som skulle kunna haft pass på stranden tex

    “Herlig og avslappende dager på Holbox”

    Hotellet er består av små leiligheter med stråtak. Sjarmerende og finksjonelt. Meget hyggelig personale. Godt mulig vi skal tilbake hit.
