    Accommodation was overall good but feel like cleaning should of been daily (2 days in a row no cleaner) and had to wear shoes inside at all times as floors would make feet grubby Room size was excellent, comfortable furniture although slight lack of storage for clothing

    Hotel was beautiful and clean, the food however was awful, barely warm and what food there as there was very limited and not able to accommodate a varied diet and at times very strange combinations if food was all that was on offer, and obviously left over food was reused the next day and made into another strange combination, the food products where not of a good standard,Food was sometimes bot replenished, any cooked meats they offered was tough, and no proper discription of what the meals contained was available, the pool snack bar had what was meant to be hot food that was infact cold and inedible and mostly didn’t have any food to offer which it states that food is available in a certain tome frame and it isnt, the draft drinks that are available ate of the worst cheep form of soft drinks i have ever tasted and both children would not drink them… this whole food/dronk situation resulted in us having to dine out alot and constantly visiting yhe shop to buy the children drinks, not really providing an all inclusive service if you ask me, i barely ate out of the hotel the standard was so bad, some of the staff where pleasant however a few of them need to do a customer service course, the hotel’s entertainment of a night time was extremely hit and miss, every night a very short childs disco was on with excatly the same place list every night and the entertainment after that was a 45 min slot we left most nights before it ended but must say the parrot and magic shows where very good
