We liked that it felt very welcoming ….like arriving in a relative’s house. We had everything we needed. Staff v friendly & helpful

Obiekt położony jest na ładnej działce i składa się z trzech budynków. Nasz pokój znajdował się w najstarszym z nich, z którego miał roztaczać się widok na ogród (opcja, za którą dopłacaliśmy), a niestety w rzeczywistości był to widok na basen sąsiedniego hotelu wraz z dźwiękiem agregatu prądotwórczego pracującego całą dobę… Pokój był czysty i sprzątany codziennie. Śniadania mało urozmaicone, ale sycące.

When the building works are over, its a lovely oasis in the edge of the city. Quaint a little old round the edges but traditional and very clean. Breakfast was varied but not inspiring

The Vacenia hotel was set in its own grounds with beautiful trees indoor and outdoor swimming pool and the whole area was absolutely spotless and the staff couldn't do enough for you.

As described in brochure, staff and accommodation were excellent. Lovely gardens within the complex. Very quiet even with building work being carried out close by.
