Food was cold every day. We had to request all our meals to be warmed up in a microwave

Our visit was near the end of the season, so the hotel was not at capacity so we did not experience long waits for service, which might be the case in high season. Whilst the rooms were very clean and well maintained, I think greater attention to keeping tables and surrounding areas clean in the main restaurants would not go amiss. The food was of a good standard, although not always that warm. The lunchtime food had very little variation, but the specialist restaurant food was very good, and hot. This was our first experience of an all inclusive holiday, chosen as we were a multi-generational party on this occasion with an infant under 2 years of age. The overall experience met our expectations. The hotel grounds were well maintained, although a little more attention to the cleanliness of the children's pool area would be beneficial. Having made these comments, they should be seen as minor concerns, and did not detract from our overall experience.

Room was a little small and the bathroom door would hit you when sat in the toilet
