    The room itself was very clean - no problem with that at all. BUT: (1) there was lots of mold in the bathroom, including all over the ceiling; along with mold above the window in the bedroom. (2) The room was unbelievably dated. It seriously needs a refurbishment, especially in the bathroom. I understood I got a room upgrade at time of booking, but if that was the upgrade I would be worried about what the standard room was like.

    Globales hotel vortijo blanco, were very kind and empathic, when i explained needed a room with walk in shower, due to my husbands bilateral tkr. Offering me deluxe room at discount rate. The room was perfect, spacious ,ideally situated on ground floor close to all amenities. Hotel ,rooms spotlessly clean. Food was excellent, pool area very clean, plenty of sunbeds for guests. The staff were exceptional, all staff were helpful, friendly and made guests very welcome and at ease. Credit to the hotel. I would highly reccommend this hotel.

    The hotel has been much expanded since we last visited , but it did not appear to be improved . If we had not arrived so late at night and had not already lost a full day of our holiday we would have asked for a different room but we then would have wasted another day to change rooms.
