    We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and felt that it was good value for money. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of choices. However, there were a couple of things that made our stay more difficult, especially as we were travelling with an 8-month-old baby. We were allocated a bungalow at the lower part of the property, which meant having to use a lot of stairs every time we wanted to get to and from the main areas. With a baby, luggage and a pushchair, this was quite challenging and made going in and out of the room quite difficult, especially when arriving and leaving. Also, when booking through TUI, we understood that we could make three requests. We specifically requested a double bed rather than twin beds, as our baby sleeps with me, but unfortunately this request was not taken into consideration and we were given twin beds. Apart from these issues, we had a lovely holiday and were very happy with the hotel, particularly the friendly staff and the excellent food. We just feel that these points could have made our stay much easier and more comfortable as a family travelling with a baby.

    We arrived at 2am and were initially put in a room in the main building despite booking a bungalow with sea view. The following morning we were moved into the bungalow which was lovely and new, bright and clean. The room in the main building was not one of the renovated rooms and felt very dark. My daughter also had fleas in the single bed which are likely from the cats around the hotel. Apart from that we liked the accommodation and the service we received.
