Very disappointing experience – important information not disclosed We were extremely disappointed with our stay. TUI did not clearly explain in the accommodation description that there would be 3 cats and 2–3 dogs regularly around the food and dining areas. We also unexpectedly found cats on our balcony. On one occasion, a cat was sitting on our chair, which had our clothes and a semi-dry swimsuit on it. Unfortunately, everything was covered in cat hair and there was also cat urine on the chair and our belongings. This was very unpleasant and completely unacceptable, especially as this information had not been made clear when we booked. We feel TUI should have been much more transparent about the presence of several animals around the accommodation, particularly in areas where guests eat and relax. Had we known about this beforehand, we would have seriously reconsidered booking this

The standard of the food was not the best and I would have liked to try more of the traditional food of Greece. The only snack that was available beyond meal times was ice cream. The selection of drinks was very limited. The staff of the hotel were great, very helpful and friendly

Classed as 4star which it definitely isn't, resteraunt more like a works canteen than hotel Lack of care about hotel such as much needed repairs in bar area , trip hazard

The rooms not very nice no proper bathroom ,hated sink in bedroom ,balcony very small ,no cup saucer or teaspoons at breakfast ,tea ect in plastic cup ,no glasses in evening for my wine plastic cup ,food cold ,staff very young ,not friendly .
