    This was not an all inclusive hotel , despite making amendments this was not updated at the hotel , which caused issues Guests called the wrong names Room allocated for baby on first floor no lifts My room had days where cleaning wasn’t completed and well toilet roll was not left in my room, others in the party didn’t have a problem with this Entertainment lacking especially at night I had to pay 450 pounds to get my daughter and her children on the ground floor with a larger room I had no issues with food , drinks were ok Most of the staff were really nice Water not included in your room as this was chargeable I have never stayed in an all inclusive where you pay for water in the room Was not able to locate the beach bar , glad I didn’t as we were told again this was not part of the all inclusive Sun beds on the hotel allocated area were also charged for use These areas are a shame as the hotel has such potential

    “Bekvämt hotell”

    Ett ganska litet hotell som jag tycker är bekvämt och allt har nyligen renoverats. Stranden är nära men det är inget speciellt och de har nu börjat ta betalt för solstolarna vilket jag tycker är dåligt för ett all inclusive-hotell. I trädgården får man alltid en solstol och det finns gott om plats och man kan vara vidsträckt runt i trädgården förutom vid poolen, där folk har tagit solstolar klockan 7 på morgonen trots att det är förbjudet. Servicen är bra och maten är också god förutom kaffet.
