    The hotel staff were absolutely amazing, and our cleaner was so friendly and welcoming, always making us smile. Everyone helped make our stay even more enjoyable, and we felt so well looked after. We loved our holiday so much that we can’t wait to return! This time, we’ll be bringing my mother-in-law along for her very first holiday abroad, and we’re already looking forward to making more special memories together. ❤️

    Our accommodation was absolutely lovely. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and having a ground-floor room made such a difference for us as a family. There was plenty of space for us, and everything we needed was provided. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. We felt comfortable and at home throughout our stay. Overall, we were really happy with our accommodation and would have no hesitation in staying here again.

    Spacious rooms and very clean. Pool was large and plenty of beds. Staff were never slow in getting drinks. Food was amazing. Although the Indian restaurant wasn’t as good as the Indian night at the buffet restaurant. Entertainment was great and varied. Plenty of different places to sit in the evening whether you wanted entertainment or a quiet card game with the family. Beach was beautiful however we weren’t told that you can’t walk into the sea. It has to be accessed via a jetty and therefore deep water for snorkelling only really. R hi is was the only downfall of the holiday. The rest was 5* TUI rep ‘Sammy’ was extremely helpful and all the staff there were friendly and helpful. Trips we would recommend are the dessert buggies/quads. This was great fun and again the staff were amazing. And the sunken boat to see the coral reefs. The city tour was very cultural but maybe too many shopping stops! But glad we did it.

    “Guter Club - aber herausragendes Personal!”

    Die Clubanlage entspricht leider nicht dem TML Standard anderer Clubs. Man merkt ihr einfach das Alter, trotz der Renovierung in 2024, an. Aber nichts ist kaputt (außer ein paar Liegen am Strand...), oder verwohnt und alles ist sehr sauber. Der Club selber ist nicht besonders groß - mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen. Es gibt nicht so viele Pools oder Sportplätze etc. Aber alles ist etwas familiärer und die Wege sind kürzer als in anderen Clubs. Aber was den Unterschied macht ist der herausragende Service aller(!) Mitarbeiter: angefangen vom Housekeeping in 18a, über den tollen Service von Tarek im Restaurant, den Service an den Bars bis hin zum Animation (bspw. Nina) und dem Entertainment-Team (Conny und Fidel). Der tolle Service hat für uns aus einen durchschnittlich guten einen sehr guten Urlaub gemacht!
