    The hotel was beautiful and the groups were well kept. The staff in the hotel were amazing and friendly. The only down side was some of the food choice but have to understand that I am in their country.

    On arrival, there wasnt much in a way of greeting. Previous TUI hotels we have had colouring books and pens given to our toddler and itineraries made clear. We did not get any of this at this hotel. The welcome drink was average. The staff half resolved our room query regarding the issue of us co-sleeping with our 22month old and having a room secure where he could not run out to the pool areas. A lot of the features in the hotel were not working which was disappointing. The specific child slide in the water park area was not operational with stagnant half filled water in the pool at the bottom of the child slide. The water fountain features around the hotel were not on and the waterfall features at the pool were not working. The indoor pool had no water in it and could not be used for the entire duration of the stay. The child's play area had a makeshift ladder to get up the dinosaur slide which consisted of a smaller ladder slide placed underneath the larger one which was missing steps, not very safe for the children. The food was lovely and staff friendly, however it was a struggle to find baby high chairs in the buffet restaurant with many of the high chairs being dated and the hotel looking tired in places. It was however extremely clean and welcoming..there was also the issue of lack of plastic cups at the outdoor bars meaning tiny paper cups had to be used which barely held 4 mouthfuls of drinks. These were also used in the buffet restaurant as there were no glasses on the sides to use for the juices and water. For a 5 star hotel, we expect better room provisions such as robes and slippers as we have had in previous TUI magic hotels, and we didn't have any coffee facilities in the room untill around day 4 when the restock staff member came around and asked where our kettle was. The room had been cleaned every day without a member noticing that we didn't have these facilities and we assumed they weren't on offer this hotel.

    Absolutely brilliant. Hedi customer services manager is a gem. He is so happy and so helpful. Hotel is immaculately clean, cleaners are wonderful. Gardens are stunning, fabulous gardeners who work in extreme temperatures. Amazing food, caters for everyone. Nawrah in restaurant makes best omellets and also cooks liver to perfection aleays with a smile on her pretty face. Entertainment staff are superb, shows are brilliant. Raja who does daytime entertainment is a little gem, so pleasant and friendly. Bar staff amazing, Rhiad,Balti, Saber, Bilal, all of them very attentive and efficient. I have been to this hotel many times and never want to come home. I feel like family when i walk through the front doors. SIMPLY THE BEST 100%
