    Upgrading to the Esencia package makes the holiday experience a lot more special, having access to a dedicated sunbed area and also the One restaurant was a highlight for us

    Reasonable for the cost, nice hotel in a not so nice area. Nowhere nice to walk to which was close. The next town was very nice but getting a coach or bus wasn’t always convenient. I would prefer somewhere with a nice area to walk to.

    My room was excellent with the comfy beds to the large walk in showers and the balcony with an amazing sea view, I felt most comfortable in my accommodation and when I needed help with a problem the front desk fixed it within hours of filing the problem

    Room service, cleaning was excellent. Good quality Room, although not like description which looked a bit more 'luxiourious' - no headboards, limited bathroom bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner etc). All inclusive very limited (did not allow this to spoil holiday and the food was good) Some staff rude, but most lovely and helpful, so would be a shame to let them spoil it for most staff. The transfer experience was not goid, drivers felt rushed and whilst the first driver was not rude my daughter-in-laws suitcase was not taken off transfer coach and was not located until the next day - Thank you Dawn and of the Tui Reps for tracking it down. The return transfer was awful. Me and my family were singled out. Although my grandchildren, 5 and 7 years old were put on the transfer coach whilst we, in particular my son waited (in a queue - other passengers' suitcases were loaded first), the driver took it upon himself to say we were late, even though we were waiting to load our suitcases (when the driver arrived, just as other passengers from the hotel were). When I hot upset and ask him how dare he treat us like that, he informed me I should het off the bus. What was even worse, when he spoke in English to inform us we were somehow late, whilst being there all the time. When my son asked him whstvis he talking about, considering he was passing suitcases to him - we offered more help, were assisting to put our suitcases on the bus, other passengers' luggage was put on for them - he claimed he couldn't speak English. What an upsetting end to our holiday.
